Mirch Masala Chickpea Salad

A delicious take on chickpea salad packed with crisp veggies, smashed chickpeas in a delicious spicy dressing made with Mirch Masala. Pack for lunch or enjoy as a snack.

Method:


1. Mash a rinsed can of chickpeas. Mix in finely chopped celery, carrots and green onions. Add in cranberries, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. 

2. Toss the salad in a quick dressing of tahini, vegan may, Mirch Masala, lemon juice, and a little water to thin out. 

3. Add salt to taste.
